Diluc is very smooth when he wants to be. I heard the restaurant was good. Sounds like a place I've never been.

Smooth is a word for it. He's downright merciless.

Perhaps a little of both? He is a very honest person and sometimes being so open and honest can be too much to those who aren't used to it.
